The Studio 85, LLC is an art-forward design studio rooted in culture, storytelling, and intentional creativity. We exist at the intersection of art, design, creative direction, and experiential branding, crafting visual worlds that honor Black artistry while shaping bold, contemporary narratives.
Our work is driven by the belief that design is more than aesthetics—it is meaning, memory, and movement. Every concept we develop begins with a story: the stories we inherit, the ones we live, and the ones we choose to tell. At The Studio 85, photographs are more than images—they are proof of presence, joy, struggle, and legacy. Our photo restoration services are dedicated to preserving culturally relevant and historically important Black images, ensuring the moments that shaped our families and communities are not lost to time.
We carefully restore faded, damaged, or aging photographs—from family portraits and church photos to community gatherings, elders’ images, and everyday moments that hold deep meaning. Each image is treated as an archive, handled with care, respect, and an understanding of its cultural weight.
Our process blends technical precision with cultural sensitivity. We repair tears, correct discoloration, enhance clarity, and thoughtfully restore detail—always preserving the authenticity, dignity, and spirit of the original image.
This work is about more than visual repair—it is about remembrance and preservation. In restoring Black photographs, we help safeguard Black history, memory, and identity, so these stories can continue to be seen, shared, and honored for generations.
