SHIPPING
All artworks from The Studio 85, LLC are printed on demand and will typically ship within 4-6 weeks from the date of the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The Studio 85, LLC is not responsible for any import taxes or duties incurred, and we do not provide reimbursement for these fees.
All photographic prints and products purchased from The Studio 85, LLC are considered final sale, and thus they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If, for any reason, your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes may apply. To avoid any issues, we kindly ask you to verify the shipping address provided during the order placement. The Studio 85, LLC cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges, or the replacement of items due to misdelivery caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time of purchase.
DAMAGES/INCORRECT ORDER DETAILS
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact The Studio 85, LLC immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
For any damaged photographic prints purchased through The Studio 85, LLC (www.thestudio85llc.com), we offer the option of replacement. To initiate a replacement, we request that all damaged and incorrect prints be returned to our studio. Additionally, we require written notification and photo documentation of damages within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we will no longer be able to replace the item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.
